After remarkable coordination with our Technical Department and Production Team at workshop, we shipped one set of continuous vibrating fluid bed dryer to our Turkish customer approaching last lunar new year! Manufacturing period was merely 40 days! This was miraculous engineering to delivery a cumbersome project during such short time for our production department. Especially we were difficult to book the vessel before Chinese Traditional New Year, result in short of vessel owing to  the worldwide outbreak of Covid in 2020. But we did and shipped out in time! We thanks for customer's support to help us organize the vessel at the crucial point. 

Cutomer from Turkey is a World Top 500 Enterprises specialized in chemical industry for more than 30 years. They are very notable and influential in chemical industry. They dispatched three representatives to our company in 2018 in order to discussed the technology and did a tentative trial at our laboratory room, got an desired result. But the project was pending till in 2020. 

Since this project is momentous for Turkish customer, they need this dryer urgently to start production immediate as soon as they receive the dryer. We made our strenuous efforts to meet committment before our holiday. Now customer received the unimpaired dryer successfully after several months of sailing. 

Continuous Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer is suitable for drying mass production material such as granules in foodstuff, chemical, cinder, crystal material etc. The advantage of such dryer is high working efficiency compared conventional vertical fluid bed dryer! It takes only 6-8mins from feeding to output capacity. It can retrench the energy consumption to realize the continuous mass production without stopping the dryer.
