Currently, we shipped three sets of ZPG-150 centrifugal spray dryers to Russia for drying enzyme in human being pharmaceutical industry!  

ZPG-150 spray dryers we design inner tower 3.8m, external tower 4m. As we know, enzyme preparations and other biologically active products cannot be dried using high temperature steam, as an increase in temperature can leadd to inactivation or even complete failure.  

Russian customer their inlet air Temp only 125~130Celsius at the entrance of the dryer. The drying time of spray dryer is instantaneous, from feeding solution to get powder only require 6~8 seconds, which is very beneficial to the drying of heat sensitive materials.  

Manufacturing 4 months, and loading 3 pcs of flat rack containers at workshop for three days, we finally arranged them on the road to their owner!
