1. Application

Fluid-bed dryer is mainly for the mixing of powder material, drying in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, agricultural and sideline product processing industries, such as tablet, instant powder and condiment granules. The process of feeding and discharging material for this equipment should be finished in the sealed space to avoid the powder spreading to the working environment. It‘s controlled by PLC. The finished products from wet-type granulator should be transferred with enclosed method to fluid-bed for drying by negative pressure or air-blasting.

Introduction of drying chamber system.

The drying chamber system is composed of a cone material tank and diffusion chamber, top bag filter chamber, the processing flow from the material tank bottom through the airflow distribution board, mesh into the equipment, when the inlet air velocity is higher than the object of gravity, can make the material from container to form a vortex movement ( fluidized bed )
