Overview:
        GZL series of dry roll granulator machine is used for dry extrusion technology, the water content of <5% of the powder material is compressed into a group, and then crushed, whole, screening process, clumps like material into compliance with the requirements of granular materials. 
        Dry rolling granulation mainly by way of external pressure, so that the material is forced through two counter-rotating roller gap, compressed into groups. In the rolling process, the performance density of the material can be increased 1.5-3 times, so as to achieve a certain strength requirements. 
Principle:

Process:

Features:
