What is the drying principle of vibrating fluidized bed?

    Principle of vibrating fluidized bed drying: The blower filters ambient air through a primary and medium-efficiency air filter, then heats it to a set temperature via a steam heat exchanger, and finally enters the bottom of the fluidized bed through a pipeline, serving as the heat source for material fluidization and drying. Wet materials enter the bed plate (porous plate) in the machine through the feed inlet of the bed body. Under the excitation force of vibrating motors on both sides of the fluidized bed, the materials are continuously thrown forward in the horizontal direction. Hot air passes upward through the bottom plate (porous plate) and comes into contact with the wet materials. The wet materials are suspended in the hot air, creating a mixed bed of material particles and hot air, resembling liquid boiling. It also facilitates heat and water transfer between the materials and the hot air. After heat exchange, the hot air, carrying water vapor and fine particles, is discharged from the outlet of the induced draft fan after being dedusted by a cyclone separator and a bag filter.
