Client visited Yutong for FAT before shipment in the last week.

Our customer from abroad negotiated and placed an order of LPG-5 spray dryer with us and now it's ready, customer dispatch an professional technician to visit our factory and to do factory accepance test before shipment.

Owing to Covid-19, coronary virus respiratory pneumonia pandemic situation all over the world, foreign customers are difficult to visit our factory for moving forward their project.  They contact with their domestic compatriot who works in China to visit factory, and we organized our engineer and formulated the Zirconia and the auxiliary materials rigorously stipulated in the contract. 

Customer indicated that better use distilled water and Zirconia powder to mix by hand more than 1.5 hrs, so that the solid could be mix homogeneously and do not precipitate at the bottom of tank, so the mobility predominate and can dry well. Otherwise the pharmacy in Iran they can not accept the result. 

Our engineer work patiently, and work according to the cutomer's guidence step by step.  It's really arduous job to mix by hand over 90 mins to meet customer's requirement, but we did!! But the experiece is that it is indispensable method, the better solution is we mix the solution synchronizingly to prevent precipitate and we feed the solution and dry the powder. 

We changed the method and run the dryer again in the second day, now it works!

After staying and runing 2 days, customer found satisfactory powder from the LPG-5 spray dryer they ordered! They gave full tributes to our dryers, and also our company infrastructures, and the team stringent spirits coordinated within the working time!

Zirconia is usually used for in teeth repairation in medical industry! The bulk density is light and it is difficult to feeding by peristalsis, we have to intermingle homogeneously.  More technology details we will tell customer when inquiry us!

Spray dryer is an ideal dryer to dry emulsion, suspension liquid and other solution into powder within 

6-8 seconds from feeding liquid to output!
