Owing to the worldwide pandemic situation of crowned respiratory diseases, many oversea's companies postponed the procurement plan. 

Our new customer from Peru of South America he placed an order with us of the ZPG-5 laboratory spray dryer for drying botanical laxative herbal extract.  It was an pleasant undergoing to cooperate with Peru customer, he started to negotiate the technology with us and made the payment swift only within 40 hours! He approved our spray dryer's technology exceedingly! We schematized and designed according to the laxative herbal extract characteristics, appropriately magnified the drying tower to 1.2m instead of conventional material 1m tower and shipped the dryer in August 2020. 

Under such circumstances, we can not load the main drying tower to maximum 2.5m height of forty feet container, we have to disassemble the components of drying tower and skeletons, and other accessories of complete spray dryer.  

Nowadays after 4 months of shipment, customer received the laboratory spray dryer, and he was eager to assemble the dryer and cultivate the new herbal extract medicine.  But it was vexation for him to install and debugg when this is the first time to use this type of dryer. Under the patient guidance of our team day and night, he installed and connected the wires, and to manipulated the control panel. Let's retrospect the conversation and see how they overcame the difficulties without dispatching our engineer's commissioning overseas.
