After dogged efforts of many people, negotiated technology more than 2 years, customer from Poland visited Yutong company twice, also visited our booth of Exposition, compared with many proposal, customer finalized the order with our company. 

Customer use continuous vibrating fluid bed dryer for drying flavoring granules and powders. We designed the model ZDG-8X1, length 8m, width 1m, with cooling device for convenient packing after drying process. Customer have special requirement, they asked upper bed with insulation heating layer to retrench the energy consumption, and also the upper bed could be easily elevated to be detachable for easy cleaning. This is the unique requirement compared with conventional vibrating FBD, In order to protect environment from the emission of pollution, our engineers also choose first cyclone plus bag filter to collect the dust powder with rotary valves. Use this device can continuously collect the fine powder/granules if dust flow. 

If the feeding capacity is for mass production such as 1 ton per hour (or even larger capacity) , the continuous fluid bed dryer is more suitable compared with vertical fluid bed batch type.
